Belgium hacker - gun expert - cheerful - puzzle freak - gentleman - asexual I’m not exactly sure where to start on here, so if anyone wants to play with Stefan, that’s totally fine with me. He’s friendly and cheery and can get to all your computer files if you’re not careful.

Stefan is actually Flemish, which is the Dutch speaking part of Belgium, but he does speak French as well. Either way, I love interaction between France and Bel. So did you have anything in mind for these two?

Sorry then ^^;; I just consider Belgium a Franco because I saw a website once which divided the characters into things like "Slavs", "Asians", "Lombards", "Francos", "Germanics", and so forth, Belgium was listed under the Franco part eue anyway, eventhough Stefan is ace I think we can work around that... maybe he and Francis could be friends/maybe more? I don't know...

Oh, Belgium is definitely a part French, and the two countries have a buttload of history together. But I usually make him Flemish in AUs, since it makes the whole piecing a history together with Netherlands (in case one comes by) a whole lot easier. :'D And I actually speak Dutch, so I guess I'm biased.
England beat you to claim Stefan's heart, but he and Francis can still be friends. We could start a thread in which they meet and just see where it goes from there. Did you have any thread ideas?

I totally understand that you wanna make him Flemish, and I wish I could speak Dutch!!! *jelly* Anywho, I've since actually made plans for Francis to romance someone who should be on this forum relatively soon, so I was actually planning on having them be buddies eueb How they could meet and talk and such is a bit tougher, though... maybe we should have them run into each other on the way to the library or something? Stefan because he wants to play with the computers and Francis because he recently finished a book and needs a new one?

Sorry for the wait, I was on a bit of a hiatus. Stefan has his own computer in his room, which he prefers to use, as it's most likely better than the computers the school provide. But I imagine he can be found in the library sometimes for the books.
Did you want to start the thread, or do you prefer me to start it?
