Tino tilted his head as he looked down the hallway, a duffle bag almost as big as he was hung from his back; as the young blonde’s footsteps echoed. Violet eyes watched the various numbers and labels on the various doors. His mind raced, thoughts passed through his mind as he tried to get used to his surroundings. What other kind of students are here? Is there anyone I will be able trust? Will I be able to make grandfather proud?
Tino had lost track of where he was walking as the thoughts occupied his mind. He wanted to prove to everyone that ever doubted him, that he could do this. A small hand rubbed through his hair as he continued to think. The biggest question that kept going through his mind was why he was picked. On one hand he didn’t look like a typical spy, and he surely didn’t have the same mentality that one would think. Maybe those where the reasons, or possibly it had to do with his grandfather’s past in the military and government, either way the young Finnish boy felt like he was forced into a life he wasn’t sure about.
He had been rotating the small glass bass in between his fingers. It had a dull cloudy appearance to it, and a bronze seal that wrapped around the two halves of glass. His mind was still trying to grasp everything that had happened in the past couple of years, and despite part of him wanting to lash out at fate for forcing him onto this road, he felt like he could use this to his advantage and felt something start to build inside of him. He smiled as his mind continued to wonder, as his feet continued to echo across the floor. “Urmph.” The small grown escaped as he was knocked slightly back after bouncing into another person, his violet eyes shot up to watch the small glass ball flew into the air above him and the other student. “No!” Tino dashed passed the other student, not trying to be rude but the last thing he needed was to accidently fill the small space full of smoke. Diving to catch the small smoke screen, he felt his bag crash across his back as he landed harshly and caught the small ball. That was close. He turned back toward the other teen he had bumped into as he pulled himself up into a sitting position and carefully wrapped his fingers around the small ball. “Sorry about that, didn’t want that to break.” A light smile shown across his face as he looked back at the other teenager; he didn’t mean to crash into them let alone to ignore them, but he couldn’t risk filling the area with smoke. “I’m Tino Väinämöinen.” He extended his free hand as he talked, with a natural looking smile on his face.

Fritzi had been running down the hallway, constantly looking over her shoulder in order to make sure that she had lost the senior on her tail, chasing her in anger for leading him through a doorway that had dropped a bucket of paint on him once he had walked through. So she had been forced to run through the halls to avoid him, crashing into multiple people, and knocking down the majority of them as she ran. She had ended up having to avoid his friends as well, since he had apparently met up with them and told them what she looked like so they could help hunt her down.
She was looking behind her to make sure that she had lost him for now, when she had run into someone else, letting out a squeak as she fell back, her feet slipping out from under her and causing her to be the one to fall on her ass this time. She let out a quiet grunt as she looked up and saw a student she had never seen before diving through the air to catch a.... ball of some sort?
She let out a giggle as she heard him speak, she let a wide smile spread across her face as she reached out and grasped his hand lightly in hers. "It's nice to meet you Tino, and it's okay, I understand that some things in this school can be extremely delicate and bad things can happen if they break. I'm Fritzi, Fritzi Beilschmidt."

Tino pulled out a wooden line case about the size of his face. He opened it to show three rows of five of the small orbs several different colors fogged the glass orbs. He put the one he almost dropped back in the empty slot before closing it and putting it back into his jacket pocket. He gave a mental sigh, as the box slipped back into his pocket, he hated not having an escape plan but he figured if needed it was with in close reach. Changing his posture to be a little more relaxed but still on his guard, the young teen listened as the older student commented on bad things that can break. Well it was true there where a lot of things that could break, and he wondered how many other people here where explosive experts.
He took note of the other student. She appeared older then he was, and he had an odd feeling that she may be trouble, but that could easily just be paranoia at its best. Fritzi, huh? That’s an interesting name, and she is very pretty, but I can’t shake an odd feeling I keep getting. He hadn’t realized that he was staring off into space for a few seconds. Shaking his head he gave off a small laugh.
“It’s a pleasure to meet you Fritzi.” Tino’s eyes taced across her as he tried to take as many mental notes as he could. She seemed nice, but then again a lot of people do. He was shocked when his eyes traced up to the scar on her cheek. He was curious about that, was it acquired at the school, or from something before. But he couldn’t put it into words. “Sorry again, I was lost in thought about the school.” His right hand tightened around the strap of his bag as he tried to fully explain what had happened.

Fritzi let herself look over the presumably new student, considering he was carrying a duffel bag around with him. She had to stop herself from spontaneously hugging him, as he was just way too cute! She knew that cute people could be dangerous though, herself for example, so she resisted the urge to hug him, instead watching him with curiosity as he put the ball-thing that he had jumped to catch away in a box that he slipped into his jacket. She took note of which pocket it was in, since one could never be too careful at a school like this.
She giggled as he stared off into space, and watched as he presumably looked at her scar, from an accident when she was younger. She let her smile morph into a smirk though as she watched him look her over carefully. At least he didn't seem to be directly staring at her chest, like most guys she had met for the first time did. That made her respect for the obviously younger (adorable) boy rise a few notches, since he seemed smart enough to not get beat on by some of the older girls who would not tolerate perverts, whether intentionally or not, at all.
She watched his grip on his bag strap tighten, and was about to open her mouth to say something, but froze as she heard the sounds of running coming their way, along with shouting, and a voice that Fritzi had grown very familiar with lately. "Scheiße.." She cursed softly in German beginning to back up slightly as she gulped. She looked around her cautiously, her eyes widening as she saw the five, incredibly large, senior students come running into the hallway where she and Tino were.
She gritted her teeth, since it seemed that they had yet to notice the two of them, before turning around, and grabbing Tino's hand and pulling him along after her, so he wouldn't be stuck with the paint covered, pissed off seniors, where he would likely be ganged up on by them, and even though he might be capable of defending himself, she wasn't going to take any chances as she sprinted out of that hallway, pulling Tino along with her.

Tino was brought back when he heard the other student giggle. His eyes darted from the scare to the smile on her face. Unaware on why she was smiling, his mind shot to wondering the story behind the scar to wondering why she was smiling now. His violet eyes softened a little as he tried to think but soon an all too familiar sound could be heard.
His ears caught the sound of echoing footsteps in a rush. Tino turned slightly curious about what the sound was. The sound of running feet was soon drowned out by the sound of yelling and anger conversations. He had caught a glimpse of five large teens turn the corner. He blinked oddly, as he thought some of them were covered in an odd color. That’s new.
He turned back to Fritzi when he thought he had heard something he could make out. Shaking off the thought, mostly thinking he was just hearing things. It was an interesting sight five large teens covered in paint trying to force their way through the hallway. He was about to comment to the silver haired teen, but before he could her hand shot out and grabbed his wrist and started to drag him down the hall in a hurry. “Huh, hey wait!” Tino kept his feet moving as the two of them continued to run. His violet eyes continued to try and dart behind to try and find out why there where running. “Why are we running?” His mind had raced over several thoughts, and while he could come up with several ideas the young teen would prefer the truth. Tino figured it would be best to keep running in hopes to avoid whatever issues may be following them.

Fritzi sprinted down the hallway and away from the scary looking seniors covered in paint from her prank. She tugged Tino along with her, not wanting such an adorable newbie to face the wrath of those guys, who wouldn't care that he wasn't involved, and were likely to beat him up, or try to, anyways. That was one of the reasons why she had pranked them in the first place, to get back at them for bullying a few of the freshmen.
She chanced a look behind her as she heard him talking. "We're running because I may have pissed those seniors off because I pulled a teensy little prank on them because I caught them bullying one of the cute little Freshies a few days ago." She said smiling sheepishly as she pulled him down a side hall, looking around cautiously, and slowing down since she could hear the seniors running after them anymore.
She let out a breath as she slumped down against the wall, running a hand through some of her hair. "There we go, I'm pretty sure that we escaped them. Sorry about that though, I didn't mean to drag anyone into that, you just sorta showed up at a bad time." She said, rubbing the back of her head sheepishly. She really didn't like dragging people into messes she made, especially ones that could turn violent, and she knew from previous experience that some of those seniors, could get really violent.

Tino tried to keep his eyes on the hallway in front of them, as his feet did everything they could to try and keep up with the pace they were running at. He tried to remember the last couple of things he saw before they started to run off, hoping to piece together everything so he could find out exactly what was going on.
. "We're running because I may have pissed those seniors off because I pulled a teensy little prank on them because I caught them bullying one of the cute little Freshies a few days ago."
His violet eyes stared back at her as Fritzi explained why they were being chased. You have to be kidding me. Giving out a sigh as they ran, he was surprised really on the events that had led up to this. Grant it he might of done something as well if he caught someone bullying another student who was smaller than them, but still. Piecing together all the information he was given, his free hand instinctively shot into the hidden pocket of his jacket and pulled out a rather worn-out looking sling shot. He was breathing slightly hard as they turned the corner, and as the other student peered down the corner to see if they had lost their pursuers. In the free moment Tino reached into his pants pocket and pulled out a small ball of metal that had numerous spike and turns on it.
"There we go, I'm pretty sure that we escaped them. Sorry about that though, I didn't mean to drag anyone into that, you just sorta showed up at a bad time."
He rested his arms as she reassured him that the seniors hadn’t followed them. Still keeping his hand wrapped tightly around the sling shot, and the small metal object rested in his free hand, Tino took a quick glance to make sure they weren’t in the hallway. “It’s alright, at least they weren’t able to keep up. But did you really have to use paint?” Tino tried to get a grasp on where they were, and wondered how far they had run. “Then again if it go the point across to them, but it seems that it may not have gotten across to them.”

Fritzi watched Tino with curiosity as he pulled a small metal ball covered with spikes out of his pocket. That looks like it would hurt a lot if you got hit with it.... She thought idly as she caught her breath.
“It’s alright, at least they weren’t able to keep up. But did you really have to use paint? Then again if it got the point across to them, but it seems that it may not have gotten across to them.”
She giggled a little at what he said, standing up again. "Yes, I did have to use paint, I had used water the first time, but that didn't stop them at all, so I used paint this time to get the point across, and if they haven't learned their lesson yet, then I'll have to step it up and use honey and feathers next time...." She trailed off, thinking about how she would set up that next prank, and how awesome it would be. Maybe she would use that one first next time, since it seemed that water did nothing, and paint only pissed them off... Yes, maybe they would learn better if she stopped being nice to them at first.
She broke out of her train of thought to look around the tiny hallway they had ended up in. She walked over to the only window in the dead end hallway, looking out of it and let a smile cross her face as she realized that they were close to the forest, and that not even the seniors would dare to chase someone into there. It was only about a two foot drop from the window, one she could make with ease, she wasn't too sure about Tino though, but as long as the seniors weren't about to jump them from behind, they should be fine in this hall.

Listening to Fritzi explain the paint, Tino had to bite his lip to keep from laughing. It was interesting to hear what had caused them to be coated in paint. He was sure they had deserved it, but personally he could have come up with a little more interesting ways. Maybe a small ball of iron or spikes, he would have to think of ways to stand up to bullies if needed. He thought about the honey and feathers and thought that might work. “That would work or you could always use boiling grease and feathers.” He thought about the bullies and wanted to do something about it if he got a chance. God I hate bullies.
He took in the view of the hallway incase, he wanted to be able to find a way out if needed but took a note of possible exits. There was the window, then the hallway behind them that was the only real entrance. Two floor drop, I might be able to make that if I aim correctly. But would Fritzi be able to? She looks like she would be able to land if needed, but shouldn’t push it. He shook the thought as he turned back toward the other student. “Well if anything I think we fully lost them. Well at least I hope we did.” He smiled, still keeping the slingshot and the small chunk of metal in his hands just in case. “I still say you should have done something more, but the paint was an interesting concept.” Dropping the bag down for a little bit to start to regain the feeling in his back. “So what’s the plan if they show up?” He leaned up against the wall opposite from her as he talked.

Fritzi kept looking out the window, trying to gauge the distance from the edge of the building to the edge of the forest, wanting to know just how quickly they would have to sprint if forced to jump out the window. From what she could tell, they would have to sprint pretty freaking fast, since she knew that those seniors would have no qualms about jumping out the window after them, in order to chase her down, and get their revenge.
A bunch of mindless idiots, really... I wonder how they even made it here in the first place... She thought idly, seriously doubting the scouts that the school sent out now, did they just look for brawn, not brains? Honestly, they needed new standards at this school... Especially if they were stupid enough to fall for the cliche run down a dead end hall to hide. She turned back to Tino as she heard him speak, laughing quietly at what he said.
“That would work or you could always use boiling grease and feathers.”
"While that would work, they would have to go and get those burns treated, as most of the students here are smart enough to know better than to leave wounds like that untreated." She said with a slight frown. That one really would have worked nicely too, if the damn seniors weren't too stupid to keep their mouths shut, since she knew that they would probably break the taboo and tattle on her, which would just gain them even more enemies, but it would also get her into so much trouble. Trouble she couldn't afford to get into right now. She kept an eye on him as she stayed quiet, trying to hear if there were footsteps anywhere near them, a warning to get the hell out of there ASAP.
“Well if anything I think we fully lost them. Well at least I hope we did. I still say you should have done something more, but the paint was an interesting concept. So what’s the plan if they show up?”
"Thank you, I would have done something more drastic, if I hadn't already known that they would go tattle to someone about it. And if they show up, we jump out the window and book it into the forest. I have a hide out there, and nobody dares go into there alone... Except for me of course." She smirked slightly, since it seemed that she was one of the few people who wasn't terrified of the forest where the third round of the tournament was held.

Tino caught Fritzi looking out the window and wondered if she was having the same plan that he was. The woods wasn’t too far from the building, but was still a good distance to cover after jumping out a window. He gaged the distance, and tried to think if he would be able to stick that and run to it with his bag. I really don’t want to leave it, but if it weighs me down too much. The thoughts continued to twist and turn in his mind as he rolled the slingshot pellet carefully through his fingers.
"While that would work, they would have to go and get those burns treated, as most of the students here are smart enough to know better than to leave wounds like that untreated."
Well that is true. He wasn’t fully meaning to cover them in boiling grease and feathers, but the idea was an interesting thought on how to handle them. He would love to see bullies get what they deserve, but the simple methods seemed to have no effect on them. He shook the thought as he wondered what he could do if they did show up.
"Thank you, I would have done something more drastic, if I hadn't already known that they would go tattle to someone about it. And if they show up, we jump out the window and book it into the forest. I have a hide out there, and nobody dares go into there alone... Except for me of course."
He smirked at Fritzi’s confidence in her plan. It was hard to find someone who was confident enough to come up with ideas like this, but to also pull them off that was another level. He was sure they had lost them, but hadn’t put up the slingshot or spiked pellet quite yet. The school was still dangerous, even in its quiet moments, especially in the quiet moments. He gave a small laugh, as he thought of ways to tend to the bully issues. “So is it always this hectic here, or is this school different then what one would expect for a school for spies?” The thoughts where there since he started to travel to the school; don’t trust anyone, don’t share anything personal, and never reveal you motives. Those where the advices that traveled through his head the entire trip; and as he looked over at the older teen, a hand brushing through his hair covering his right eye, his friendly smile shown through but his showing eye shined with a mischievous look as he tried to piece everything he had learned about the interesting student so far.

Fritzi continued to stare out the window as she listened carefully for the sound of anyone coming near their hiding spot. She really wasn't in much of a mood to fight today, which was why she was planning on escaping into the forest and just hanging out in there for a few hours. She'd make sure Tino got away though, so he wasn't caught up in her mess. She hated it when she accidentally got others involved, especially if they were younger than her.
“So is it always this hectic here, or is this school different then what one would expect for a school for spies?”
She let out a short laugh at that. Oh this kid had no idea what he had gotten into it seemed, since yes, the school was always hectic, there was always a fight going on somewhere, and you always had to watch your step here. She turned around and patted his shoulder lightly.
"Kid, you have no idea what you've gotten yourself into by coming to this school. Trust me, this, is actually considered a pretty normal day here. And this school is nothing like the cliche spy schools you read about in books. It's a lot nastier here, and the death toll rises every month." She said almost cheerfully, a smile on her face. She didn't mention that she was part of the reason why the death toll kept rising, but it wasn't like she was the only one who had no qualms about offing people. Most of the students here had killed before anyways, so it wasn't anything new to them.
"You're going to want to tread extremely lightly for your first month here at least, until you've learned who to avoid at all costs, who not to piss off, and who you can actually talk to normally. Granted, most people would tell you to avoid me at all costs, but I happen to think that I'm one of the decent people here, so...." She trailed off, shrugging as she idly half mentioned her, kinda terrifying to some people, reputation.

Tino smiled as Fritzi laughed. It was a change from the serious demeanor who was staring out the window. He figured this school was going to be hectic, but he was curious about how others would put it. He looked up with a slight bit of curiosity in his eyes.
"Kid, you have no idea what you've gotten yourself into by coming to this school. Trust me, this, is actually considered a pretty normal day here. And this school is nothing like the cliché spy schools you read about in books. It's a lot nastier here, and the death toll rises every month."
Tino’s smile almost became devil like as Fritzi explained about the school. It wasn’t that he had picked up on a few spy novels, but it did allow him to pick up on how others thought of the school. It was an interesting thought that he didn’t seem like the type to be at the school, but that was far from the case. “Then maybe this place is going to be more interesting than I thought. I was afraid this place was going to be too cliché honestly.” The smile altered a little, returning to soft persona that it became adapted to.
"You're going to want to tread extremely lightly for your first month here at least, until you've learned who to avoid at all costs, who not to piss off, and who you can actually talk to normally. Granted, most people would tell you to avoid me at all costs, but I happen to think that I'm one of the decent people here, so...." Tino listened to the other student warn him on becoming more knowledgeable on who to avoid. He figured he could avoid people if needed, after all no one really suspected him to be dangerous. He laughed slightly when Fritzi mentioned that others would probably tell him to avoid her. “Don’t worry if there’s one thing I can do is avoid others. So who do you think I should avoid?” Tino placed his hands behind his back as he asked curiously on which people he may need to avoid.

Fritzi looked back at Tino, smirking when she saw the devilish smile on his face as he spoke.
“Then maybe this place is going to be more interesting than I thought. I was afraid this place was going to be too cliché honestly.”
She let out another laugh, nearly doubling over in laughter at that. Oh if that was what this kid was expecting from this school, then he was in the for the absolute biggest shock of his life. This school was not one for the faint of heart, and not one who happened to think that any real life spy school was anything like the ones in books. Oh no, this place was a hell of a lot more lethal, and if you were either of those, then you wouldn't last very long at all.
“Don’t worry if there’s one thing I can do is avoid others. So who do you think I should avoid?”
"Well, the main one is Ivan Braginski. He's Russian, a giant, and a downright brute. His specialties are intimidation and brute force, so it's best to just completely avoid him at any and all costs. And then there's me, who most people would tell you something stupid like 'Stay far away from the Beilschmidt girl. She'll carve you up and eat you if you get too close.' No joke, someone actually told a Freshie that once...." She pouted a little. She wouldn't eat the Freshie's, or anyone really, although she might carve them up if they got in her way or pissed her off enough.
Fritzi tapped her chin as she thought about the other students. "Lesse.... Dec'll only hurt ya if you piss him off, Soo's annoying, and only nasty on the archery fields, or if you just hand him a bow and arrows, otherwise he's pretty nice I guess... Hm.. Never trust a thing Francis says, and I don't really know all that much about the new students yet, since I've yet to see them." She said, shrugging, before patting his shoulder. "Now kid, put that knowledge to good use, I'd hate to see your body turning up somewhere."

Tino nodded as Fritzi mentioned who he should avoid. There was the first one which sounded vaguely familiar, but he couldn’t place it right then. He laughed slightly as she mentioned that most people would stay away from her. “I’d assume possible one of the guys with paint on them.” He hadn’t really put much thought into it but the nagging feeling in the back of his head kept pounding. It was then everything hit him like a ton of bricks. His faced drained of color as he pulled out a piece of paper that had his room assignment. “You said Ivan Braginski, right? Well that might be harder than one would think.” His hands shook as he showed the piece of paper to her.
"Lesse.... Dec'll only hurt ya if you piss him off, Soo's annoying, and only nasty on the archery fields, or if you just hand him a bow and arrows, otherwise he's pretty nice I guess... Hm.. He shook the thought as Fritzi mentioned the other people might want to avoid. “So don’t piss off Dec, if I run into a student named Soo, stay close range, and if someone named Francis tries to tell me anything I should assume it’s a lie and handle from a distance got it.” He tried to keep track of everything, and figured he would write it down later on.
"Now kid, put that knowledge to good use, I'd hate to see your body turning up somewhere."
Tino gave a half joking salute as she told him to use the advice she had given him. “Yes mam.” He was still shaken up by the fact that the one person she said he should avoid at all cost was sharing a room with him, but he figured he could try and find common ground with him. “Well I guess I could try to make somewhat of a middle ground with Ivan if needed.” He shook his head as he spoke, partially to himself, forgetting that Fritzi was there with him. “Miksi minulle? I wonder if the school has any chloroform I might be able to get a hold of.”
((Miksi minulle?~Why me?))
