An Explanation of How the Tournament Works
After each activity check, there will be a monthly In Character tournament to test students' skills. This will also last one week, and will consist of three rounds.
The first round is a solo one, to show people a little of what the students are capable of, and to try and intimidate the other students a bit before the next round. You will be awarded a number of points out of thirty, ten for performance, ten for how well you used weapons and the environment to your advantage, and ten for how skilled you appear to be.
The second round is a team battle; you will be randomly paired off with someone and have to fight another team with that person. This round will also have a total of thirty points for each team member, ten for how well you and your partner worked together, ten for winning the fight, and ten for how you used your skills in compatibility with your partners. You will be deducted points for every injury you receive.
The third round is an all out melee fight. All the students will be let loose in the forest for 36 hours. Once a student gets knocked out or is too injured to move, a teacher will be sent in to retrieve them. The last one in the forest still standing wins the round. This will be out of a total of forty points, awarded for how long you lasted, how many students you incapacitated, and how injured you are at the end. The last one standing gets an automatic ten points for being the winner of this part.
At the end of the tournament, all of the points will be added up and whichever student has the most points in the end wins that months tournament, and will not be participating in next months tournament. The winner also receives an item that will complement their skills and specialty, and help them on their way to become the best of the best.
